Two songs I've heard recently this week with the phrase "Ooh la la" in it.
Hindi:
Ooh La La - The Dirty Picture. Song has an older feel to it, my mom remarked it had some resemblance in feel to Dhoom Taana from Om Shanti Om.

Tamil:
Manna Madhurai - Minsara Kanavu. One of my favorite songs as a kid - it's so happy! Also, Prabhu Deva and Kajol in the same movie = victory. This movie was later dubbed into hindi as Sapnay.
