I picked a few songs for today that I think have an interesting melody, either because of the use of sharps/flats or interplay between major and minor keys.
Telugu:
Kadhile Paadham from Baanam, switches from major to minor key mid-verse. Shankar Mahadevan has sung this beautifully, especially at the very end.

Tamil:
Kurukku Siruthavale from Mudhalvan. Apparently is raag vaasanthi, but occasionally switches a note sharp here and there which is cool. I used to totally ignore this song because the others in this movie are great. Was remade in Hindi for the movie Nayak.

Hindi:
Yoon Shabnami from Saawariya, melody variance is really cool. Fantastic song and very pretty video, it's unfortunate the movie was just bad.
