1) Aaya Tere Dar Par from Veer Zaara, great song and as typical qawwali as it gets. This guy has an epic voice at the very beginning.

2) Chilman Uthegi Nahin from Kisna, has a slow 2min build up, but once it gets going, I think this song would be great for a Kathak piece.

Tamil:
Varaga Nathikarai from Sangamam, another Rahman classic, and it's my favorite tamil song of all time. Qawwali style is in the way the group responds to Shankar Mahadevan's lyrics.
